Republicans Demand Biden's Doctor to Testify in Congress

In republicans’ opinion, the doctor was involved in the Biden family transactions and therefore cannot be objective in assessing the president’s health.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer is demanding that the White House physician appear before Congress to answer questions about President Biden’s “deteriorating mental state” and also say the doctor was involved in the Biden family’s business dealings.

Comer sent a letter to the president’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, demanding that he appear for questioning before Congress. The Republican questioned whether O’Connor was “able to provide an accurate and independent assessment of the President’s fitness to serve.”

James Comer wants to know whether O’Connor’s medical examination of the President was improperly influenced by his work with the Biden family at Americore Health LLC. O’Connor regularly gives positive opinions about Joe Biden’s ability to serve as President of the United States and just as regularly does not recommend conducting a cognitive test with Biden.

Americore Health LLC specializes in operating hospitals in rural areas across multiple states. for some time, the president’s brother Jim Biden was the director of this company and received a large salary there, without participating in any way in its activities.

James Biden, according to testimony from other Americore employees, did not provide any favors to the company, but instead promised that his “Biden” name could attract funding to the struggling hospital operator. Funding was to come from investors in the Middle East.
