What Happens Next to Donald Trump in US Courts — Timeline.
The US Democratic Party, facing the threat of losing power in 2024, is using the Department, the FBI and the courts on an unprecedented scale to politically crack down on Donald Trump.
The possibility of Trump returning to the White House as president inspires the inhabitants of Washington with sacred horror.
In particular, because then Trump will already have the Department of Justice and the FBI in his hands.
And he will remember everything.
In the old days, the use of government agencies for raids, especially criminal prosecution for purely partisan purposes, especially against candidates during election campaigns, was considered in the United States a crime against the foundations of statehood and a moral taboo within the country.
This, in particular, burned President Nixon during the Watergate case.
Now all norms — legal and unwritten — are discarded.
In parallel, legal wars against Trump and against Biden are developing.

Oct 2 — Trump Organization Financial Fraud Civil Trial Kicks Off
January 15, 2024 — a new (second) civil lawsuit starts: a certain Jean Carroll will again demand money from Trump, who allegedly tried to rape her 30 years ago.
On the same day (!) January 15 — the first primaries of the presidential campaign in Iowa.
Republicans in Iowa will choose who they want to see as their party’s nominee in the 2024 election.
March 5, 2024 — Super Tuesday
15 states will immediately go to the primary elections on the most important day of the preliminary voting in the election. Trump will have a chance to establish himself as a campaign favorite.
March 25, 2024 — Trump’s financial impropriety lawsuit kicks off in an attempt to cover up paying a porn star to keep quiet
May 20, 2024 — Trial begins over Trump’s violations of possession of classified documents
July 15-18, 2024 — National Convention where the Republican Party will formally select its next presidential candidate. Held in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In short, in 2024, either Trump brings the Republican Party into the White House, or the Democratic Party feeds him to prosecutors.
