I previously read the book by Sergei Shargunov, which formed the basis of the film.
The book is larger and deeper, which is only natural.
The film itself was shot professionally and conscientiously.
Of course, this is not a document, although some shots almost document the chronicle.
The main advantage of the film: this is today the only human story of our three-day civil war of 1993.
It is shown quite accurately how quickly the transition from political debates to enmity, hatred and even war occurs in our country. No barriers.
And how easily the fatal conflict between the Reds and Whites, which seemed to have sunk into the past, is easily reproduced in new generations. We just can’t get rid of it.
The film is not controversial, but overall it was a success and must be watched.
