But we judge people not by their words, but by their deeds...

"Hillbilly Elegy" as Political Ideology

J.D. Vance changed his views on Trump, and radically, turning almost 180 degrees.

It doesn’t matter what he said before…

Trump, before his first election, also said a lot of things — about Putin, and about improving relations with Russia, and then he took it and replayed everything, and was the first to start supplying weapons to Ukraine, and began to destroy diplomatic relations, and the consulates under him were taken away, and sanctions were imposed…

So those who are rejoicing that Trump chose J.D. Vance as his running mate and future vice president if he wins, take your time… Everything that Senator Vance said about the Russian-Ukrainian conflict is, of course, good and correct… but before he was elected president, Trump also said the right things…

But we judge people not by their words, but by their deeds… So let’s see what this same Vance will do if this couple wins the elections… Something tells me that he will easily change his point of view on Ukraine and the conflict as soon as he gets into office…

He changed his views on Trump, and radically, turning almost 180 degrees — he was a harsh critic of Trump, now he has become his firm follower…

In the same way, from a supporter of a political resolution of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Vance can, with a flick of the wrist, turn into a hawk who will continue to support Ukraine (and the military-industrial complex of his own country)…. In general, life will tell…

Although I, being a cynical person, do not expect anything good from the United States and its politicians, in any case, Russia will remain an enemy for them… For those who want to find out who J.D. Vance is, I recommend reading his book Hillbilly Elegy, or at least, watching the film based on this book… Much will become clear.
