The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of former President Donald Trump on Monday, ruling by a 6-3 majority that all U.S. presidents are entitled to qualified immunity from prosecution for acts committed while in office.

According to the summary of the decision, the court ruled: “Under our constitutional structure of the separation of powers, the nature of the presidency entitles a former president to absolute immunity from prosecution for acts committed within the scope of his compelling and preemptive constitutional powers. He is also entitled to at least a presumptive immunity from prosecution for all official acts. Immunity does not apply to unofficial acts.”

The court also ruled that the president has the right to a preliminary hearing on the issue of immunity, which can be appealed all the way to the Supreme Court before the trial begins.

This means that any trial of the former president will take place after the November 5, 2024 elections. Democrats are predictably hysterical. It will not be possible to imprison Trump, all that remains is to kill him.
