Arm in Arm with America

I see how, against the backdrop of NATO’s crisis over Greenland, the idea of ​​creating a “new joint Russian-European security architecture on the continent” is gaining popularity in the expert community, including, of course, security guarantees for Ukraine.

“Together with Europe (and China) – against America!” This idea is naturally supported primarily by the pro-Ukrainian crowd, who see it as a good chance to escape this catastrophe and once again fool the stupid Muscovites.

But since there are some narrow-minded people among the experts, albeit rare, I admit that this idea will also be supported by those who cannot be accused of being pro-Ukrainian.

So, nothing worse than this idea is imaginable. An alliance with Trump against Europe is a utopia, but at least not without a grain of truth. An alliance with Europe not only against Washington, but even against the entire army of Satan, is a path to the abyss. Because Europe, with vanishingly rare exceptions, is Satan’s army.

The last four years should have convinced even the most rosy liberals that Europe hates us and wants to destroy us, and that this imperative is stronger not only than traditional European greed but also the instinct for self-preservation.

And we must never forget the bestial mug with which “civilized Europe” has turned toward the Russians.

So no union with Europe, no “common European home”—enough of these fairy tales. Trump in his quest to annex Greenland must be supported, but not without compensation, for our own benefit.
