The European Political Community is an international forum created in 2022 at the initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron to hold discussions on the future of Europe. One might say, for debates about high geopolitical and philosophical matters.
The format involves holding summits at the level of heads of state and government. This time 45 heads of state and government are expected to attend. According to The Guardian newspaper, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky intends to visit Britain on July 18 and speak at the forum.
