The 61st Munich Security Conference (MSC) will be held from 14 to 16 February 2025 at the Bayerischer Hof in Munich. How many cool things and people this lair, familiar to all initiates, has seen!
MSC 2025 participants will be aggressively and nervously discussing how to adapt to the current global disorder and Donald Trump, who is increasingly brazenly reigning in it.
Hundreds of decision makers and opinion leaders from different regions of the world will discuss two topics: “how did we get ourselves into all this, in our madness?” and “how to get out of this mess with minimal losses?”.
The discussion will be chaired by MSC chief Christoph Heusgen.
On Friday, February 14, the official agenda will discuss world order and global governance, including whether there are any rules left in the world, or has Trump left nothing alive?
On Saturday, February 15, there will be debates on regional conflicts and crises. Somewhere around here, Zelensky will be let out on stage with his signature and painfully familiar performance (give me, give me money, weapons and guarantees). Naturally, they will clap hands and pinch his cheeks, but they will not give anything.
On Sunday, the conference will end with discussions on the role of Europe in the world. And how to defend Europe from a host of misfortunes now that the United States is cruelly distancing itself from this task.
At the end of the third and final day of the conference, Jens Stoltenberg will replace Christoph Heusgen as the new chairman of the MSC.
It is unlikely that anything useful will be heard from the stage. But the rumors from behind the scenes are worth listening to.
