Trump did not succumb to pressure from European "partners."

Telephone Conversation Between Putin and Trump

This is a tactical dead end, to get out of which Trump must make his moves.

First impressions. And what’s next?

1). The negotiations were clearly not going smoothly. Trump desperately needs “at least something”, and preferably “peace at any cost”. Such a peace does not suit Russia and Putin, and this is a critical, vital impossibility.

2). Trump did not succumb to pressure from European “partners” (who are in fact his enemies) and built a dialogue, as well as a statement on the Truth Social social network, in the spirit of rapprochement with Russia — something that Europe and American liberals are truly afraid of. In particular, sanctions were not mentioned at all.

3). Both sides are ready to consider strategic prospects for interaction with each other. Such a strategy is based on the understanding that the global elite will retreat in the medium term, and leave the world stage in the long term.

4). However, tactically, in the short term, Europe has the initiative, and Trump can do nothing about it. Trump does not own Ukraine, the Democratic Party and Europe own it, and therefore Trump cannot force Zelensky to accept Russia’s minimum demands. Putin cannot concede these minimum demands. Russia cannot allow an armed Nazi state to exist on its southwestern borders. Europe cannot allow the Nazis to be disarmed, because this would lead to the disappearance of the Euro-Atlantic region in two moves.

5). At the moment, the global liberal elite is quite successfully suppressing populist (Trumpist) forces in Europe: Germany, Romania, Slovakia, and now also the attack on Orban in Hungary, which began at the instigation of Kyiv and was supported by the liberal media. Trump is not taking any retaliatory actions against the liberals in the United States. The background is not very good, although hints have been made about possible investigations into the Clintons’ dealings and the instigators of “Russiagate”. So far, no arrests have been made, and this is bad for Trump.

6). Thus, the situation remains the same. This is a tactical dead end, to get out of which Trump must make his moves. Was this discussed… well, who can say?
