Everyone seen him, knew everything about him but no one stopped him.

Ryan Routh, the would-be assassin of Donald Trump, was well known to both the Ukrainian special services and the US law enforcement agencies. Many Americans and Ukrainians who encountered him repeatedly reported his suspicious behavior to the authorities of their countries.

Routh constantly and openly got involved in illegal dealings with suspicious people, wrote on social networks and discussed out loud the movement of people and weapons across borders, mentioned the murder of political figures. He surprisingly got away with everything. Reports were written about him many times to the special services. But no one took him into custody. Allegedly.

It is still unclear where and how Routh got hold of a machine gun with an optical sight and a filed-off number. Who pointed him at a shooting position 300 meters from Trump, that was playing golf.
